Can I make pulled pork on a propane BBQ?
Hello! My husband and I trying to make pulled pork for a bbq. Since, he insists on using his weber propane grill, I'll be doing a separate batch in the oven.
I am wondering if it's possible to cook pulled pork straight on a grill? Most websites I've visited have said to use a smoker or a second top rack. Unfortunately, the Weber is small and only has the main grill, no other racks... nor would there be room for another rack, since it is so small and the lid doesn't allow for much room.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
To add; we can't go out and buy a smoker or any other cooker... and he doesn't want to cook it any where other than the grill... I've tried.

low and slow...
use indirect heat and if you aren't going to use Wood Chips for smoke then put some apple juice in a foil pan under the pork (beneath the grill, above the flames) so that it can help keep the air in the grill moist and help flavor the pork...
