Any opinions on Weber, Curtis - American Attorney Center in Sacramento, CA?
Has anyone ever have trouble with the carousel checkout. I either come home without the item or items and then need to have a return trip to the Walmart. Today I selected three items for a birthday gift that I need for tomorrow. They were not in any of the bags. Luckily, in this case, I was not charged for them. I had gone to the Super Walmart, 10 miles from my house because they have a larger selection than my local one.
I will have to visit the TJ Maxx or Marshall's just 2 miles down the road to get the items I need.
I think part of the problem is there are no dividers to use on the belt.
I always ask if all my purchases are bagged. The usual answer is Yes!
I have heard others , my family members and friends, complain about the carousel check-out system.
With the price of gas, who needs this??
Thank you for the chance to complain about this. It has been bothering me since it's inceptiion.

You can file your complaint with them. If they still persist and don't do anything about it then I would suggest going to another store and don't put up with their low quality service.
