Problem with a Primo Grill.?
We purchased a Primo Grill (better known as the ceramic egg). We used it for several months, then when we were smoking a turkey it cracked. The company will not stand behind its product. I wondered if anyone else had had a problem with this grill. The company told us that their was no way it could crack. They basically said we were lying and it was dropped. SInce it cost around $600.00 it is not worth it for us to take it to court. Buyer beware.
There is no way it could crack....But a hairline crack from it being dropped at the warehouse,store or your house would
cause it to crack at a later time depending on how high the temp. was.
Unfortunately you most likely used it a few times which will make them say you dropped it at home voiding any warranty
you may have had (Fuel line problems they will fix) grills and all seasonal things are tricky.
They don't tell you using the product can void your warranty
