Picnic basket theme ideas?
I'm part of a group of women who get together every month to do things like cooking lessons, crafting, dancing, etc - each time it's a different theme. This time we have to make up a picnic basket for someone - at the meeting we'll draw names and give that person the basket. It can be anything (e.g. "luxury" with fancy chocolate, cheeses, wine, etc; or "healthy" with salad wraps, fruit, etc). I have no idea what to make - I'm running out of time because I've been racking my brain for weeks now! I want something with a difference, and the food has to be portable and be edible cold. I'm also not a big cook, but don't just want to buy everything - I want it to be special.
I hope you guys have some ideas for a nice theme! Help!

Movie Basket:
different candies, popcorn, dvd/gift card to movie store, wine
Office Basket:
Candies, biscotti, mug, gormet coffee, note pad
Italian Market Basket:
noodles, sauce, sausage, olive oil, wine, chocolate

Mug, different varieties of coffee and teas, coffee liquor, coffee cake
Bath & Spa Basket:
loofah, potpourri, body scrub, lotions, candel, eye mask, wine
St. Patrick's Day Basket:
baily's irish cream liquor, irish cream coffee, chocolate, anything green
