Is this a good diet? ?
I'm 13, i weigh 72 kilos. Im dying to lose 20-30 kilos. In tops I'm size 14/L and in bottoms I'm size 14/L or 16/XL. I want to be size 8 or 10
.
Is this a good diet? :
Breakfast:
2 pieces of fruit and water
OR
nutrigain and skim milk (4-5 inch cereal bowl )
Snacks:
fruit
Dinner:
protein like chicken or stake
OR
cooked spinach and rice
OR something healthy that isn't fatning.
Excersice:
6-12 laps of running in my backyard ( its so big and long )
& running up and down 8 steps of stairs around 10-15 times.
Also:
2 Litres of water everyday,
Green tea after all my meals
I walk to school and back
I do PE at school on monday and friday
Is this a good diet? Any suggestions to make it better? I do not want any of ''13 year olds shoudnt diet'' okay thanks xx
This is my diet and it works:
Breakfast: special k cereal or scrambeled eggs or oatmeal
Snack: apple or raspberries
Lunch: salad
Snack: apple or rasberries
Dinner: salad
The problem with your diet is that you're eating too little. This sounds crazy but if you want to loose weight you have to eat several meals a day in order to speed up your metabolism. Now, dont go eating like a loaf of bread and 10 chicken wings. You have to eat several SMALL meals. I eat 5 total. Eating something in the morning like oatmeal with apple or banana will detox your body. Eggs are also a good source of protein. Make sure you drink water. Stay away from bread and sugary granola bars and stuff. Make sure you check food labels and eat the right serving sizes. Walking is a good idea
. I would also maybe try running or something. My last two suggestions to you are log your meals in a notebook. Like write down the calories you intake so you see what you're eating. And try Nike Training Club online. Just search it on google and the link says something like NIKE TRAINING CLUB FOR WOMEN. Create an account on there and make a mini. There are a TON of programs on there to choose from like strength exercise routines and yoga routines. They show you how to do the moves in videos. I hope this helps! Good luck!
